Thank you for shopping Resurrection. We value your business very much and it is our goal to offer you quality merchandise and excellent customer service.


We ship Monday thru Friday, with the exception of holidays. Orders placed after 12 p.m. are processed next business day. Orders are fully processed within 1 to 2 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Occasionally, an order may be placed on hold. In this case, we will contact you within one business day for the additional information we need to expedite your order. If no response is received within five business days your order will be canceled and merchandise placed back into our inventory.


We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay and PayPal. For International orders a valid international credit card may be used. If the credit card is not verifiable as belonging to the person who placed the order, the order will be canceled.


Applicable sales tax will be charged to all orders shipping within the state of California.


From time to time we may offer special promotions. Only one discount code will be allowed per order and promo applied towards applicable items only. Codes will not be applied to an order that has already been processed or to pre-order and sale merchandise.  Promo codes cannot be applied towards past orders.


When you pre-order an item it is reserved just for you. Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed and order will ship as soon as it arrives to our store. Delivery dates are estimated dates based on information provided to us by the manufacturer. If we are unable to fulfill your order, your credit card will be refunded immediately. Promo codes are not valid on pre-order items.


  • US SHIPPING - We offer free domestic ground shipping within the continental U.S. for orders of $99 or more. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service and arrive within 7-10 business days after processing. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.  GET IT FAST - If you need your order shipped quickly, please select Priority Express Mail as your shipping option.  These orders will ship expedited next business day. If you purchase your item on Friday we cannot guarantee Express Shipping to go out before Monday. Please make sure to write a note at time of checkout alerting us of your Express Mail shipment.
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - For International orders shipped outside the U.S., the billing and shipping address must be the same. We offer United States Postal Service, Priority Mail Express, which comes with tracking. Orders are not guaranteed to ship next business day if additional verification is needed by customer. Please allow up to 21 business days for delivery. In some cases it can take longer if parcel is delayed in customs at destination country, this is not in our control. International orders will not ship until all of the items in order are in stock.


International shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. Customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees applicable to such country. Any unclaimed package(s) are the responsibility of the customer.

In complying with export regulations, we are required by U.S. law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise." Declaring less than the true value is both a violation of American law and the laws of most other countries. As a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as "gift," even when the order is intended as a gift by its recipient. Your local customs office can assist you with questions about these charges. If you a Resurrection shipment is refused at time of attempted delivery, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package and amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

International orders take approximately 5-21 days transportation to reach your country and can take additional days for the package to pass through customs. Your postal service will be delivering your package if sent through Unites States Postal Service.


Resurrection accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. During the Holiday season (Nov. 15th - Dec 25th), we will accept your return after 30 days as long as it is received by January 7th. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and need to make an exchange or return, please follow the below instructions:

  1. Confirm your items are eligible for return (see exclusions below). All Sale items are Final Sale merchandise. Final Sale merchandise and certain merchandise categories are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. Merchandise purchased at a discounted price with a promo code is excluded and not considered a Final Sale item.
  2. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations and damages with all tags attached including manufacture packaging if provided. Merchandise returned without original factory tags and packaging will not be excepted and will be sent back to sender. Pre-owned merchandise must be returned with all items including original sale pertain to the return item. For example original box, dust bag and authenticity card.
  3. Footwear returns must include the original shoe box without defects and in its original condition.
  4. We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, including but not limited to, dry cleaning, washing or wear.
  5. We do not accept returns or exchanges on special order items, undergarments, hats, bathing suits, home decor and furnishings, sale merchandise.  This could also include merchandise as marked in item description as non returnable or marked exchange only. These are final sales and cannot be returned.
  6. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within business days of receipt of merchandise. If your item is damaged in transit, we kindly ask that you keep the original box and packaging materials, etc. as it will be required for our claim with carrier. We will email you a USPS return label and a replacement will be sent upon receipt of original merchandise as long as it is returned unworn, with tags and in original packaging.
  7. You will receive an email when your return package has been received. Please note, returns take approximately 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is fully processed you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account.   1. Returns for store credit and exchanges will be processed free of charge.
  2. If returning an item, please notify us within 2 business days of receipt. If you choose, we will email you a USPS return label within 2 business days from date of your return request. Return packages must be postmarked within 4 days of receipt of authorization and all returns/exchanges must be received within 14 days of original receipt. Returns sent after this time will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
  3. To begin the return process, log-in to your account under the MY ACCOUNT tab and go to COMPLETED ORDERS. Select your order and the item you wish to return. Once your return is authorized, please mail item(s) back to: ShopResurrection, Attn: Returns, P.O. Box 921, Corona Del Mar, CA, 92625. If you'd like for us to send you a pre-paid shipping label please let us know at time of processing your return request and one will be emailed to you within 24 hours. The cost of the label ($7.50) will be deducted from the refund amount and store credit.



Customer is responsible for all duties or taxes and postage to return an item. In the event an item is returned to us or refused at time of attempted delivery to customer, and we are charged a tax or duty, this amount will be deducted from your order total and you will be credited/refunded the difference.

Send via insured delivery with tracking number. If your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for the lost merchandise.  Package your return carefully so it is not damaged in transit by carrier.


We are happy to make an exchange for you towards another item(s) in our store. We will only accept returns for exchange if they meet all of the above for an acceptable return. If you would like to exchange your item, please email us at to ensure that the replacement item is available. We will not remove the exchange item from our store inventory until return tracking number is provided. Please make note of item you would like to exchange and place in in your return package. We will ship the exchange to you at our expense for all U.S. orders. International exchanges will require postage to be paid.

  • Active/Fitness wear
  • Hair accessories
  • Hats
  • Earrings & some accessories as indicated

We have our high-end handbags authenticated by Carol Diva, who is one of the most trusted authentication services. All bags that have been authenticated will say so in the description. If there is a bag you are interested in, and it hasn't been authenticated, just inquire and we will send it in and forward you the results. It could take 1-3 business days for results to arrive. If you would prefer to have a third party of your choosing authenticate any of our handbags, we will gladly cover to cost, if you commit to purchase the item.

All Sales Are Final on home decor and furniture.  In the event an item arrives damaged we will replace product as soon as possible. If damaged, Buyer agrees to immediately supply us with detailed digital photos of the damage as well as the original box and packaging materials via e-mail. Buyer must hold onto product with packaging until UPS picks up for inspection in processing insurance claim. If buyer disposes of the original packaging and/or item before UPS picks up and/or inspects, we will NOT be able to replace item.
