Archival Jean Paul Gaultier Maille Spring/Summer 2001 sheer mesh cardigan featuring the collection’s iconic demon print, a motif documented on the S/S 2001 runway.
The dramatic longline silhouette is printed with an oversized winged demon, lightning and gothic architectural imagery across the front and back. Designed with a deep V-neckline, button front, long sheer sleeves and oversized patch pockets. An exceptional example of Gaultier’s highly collectible printed mesh work from the early 2000s.

Due to the deep V-neck and unique construction, the garment measures wider at the armpit level than at the true bust. Measurements are taken with the mesh resting and unstretched; the fabric provides additional stretch.
