HOW IT ALL WORKS

We ship Monday thru Friday, with the exception of holidays. Unless a pre-order item or otherwise stated in item description, orders are fully processed within approximately 2 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Occasionally, an order may be placed on hold. In this case, we will contact you for additional information we need to expedite your order. If no response is received within five business days your order will be canceled and merchandise placed back into our inventory.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal, Paypal Credit, Amazon Pay and Afterpay. For International orders a valid international credit card may be used. If the credit card is not verifiable as belonging to the person who placed the order, the order will be canceled.

SALES TAX

Applicable sales tax will be charged to all orders shipping within the state of California.

PROMO CODES

From time to time we may offer special promotions. Only one discount code will be allowed per order and promo applied towards applicable items only. Codes, unless otherwise specified, will not be applied to an order that has already been processed or to pre-order and sale merchandise.  Promo codes cannot be applied towards past orders. 

PRE-ORDER POLICY

When you pre-order an item, it is reserved just for you. Your credit card will be charged at the time order is placed and the order will ship as soon as it arrives to our store. Delivery dates are estimated dates based on information provided to us by the manufacturer. If we are unable to fulfill your order, your credit card will be refunded immediately.

SHIPPING POLICIES

  • US SHIPPING - We offer free domestic standard ground shipping within the continental U.S. on orders of $99 or more. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service and should arrive approximately 7-12 business days after processing. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays. 
  • GET IT FAST - If you need your order shipped quickly, please select Priority Express Mail as your shipping option.  These orders will ship next business day and in some cases same business day via expedited delivery. If you purchase your item on Friday and request Priority Express Mail, your order will ship on Monday. Please make sure to write a note at time of checkout alerting us of your Express Mail shipment.  Please note that transit times are measured at the point of shipping and are only estimated.  PRIORITY MAIL postage is not shipped any faster on our end, however, it is a quicker form of postage once it is on the way, opposed to First Class or Parcel Post, being the slowest shipping methods. 
  • SHIPMENTS -  Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.  Please allow approximately 2 business days to fully process your order.  See above for available shipping methods.  Please note:  During promotions and sales there may be a slight delay in shipment due to a large amount of orders going out. 
  • PICK UP YOUR ORDER - We are now offering order pickup in Costa Mesa located in Orange County, California.  This is an option offered at checkout and an appointment is required to schedule pick up.  Please click here to schedule your appointment.
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - For International orders shipped outside the U.S., the billing and shipping address must be the same. We offer United States Postal Service, Priority Mail Express, which comes with tracking. Orders are not guaranteed to ship next business day if additional verification is needed from customer. Please allow up to 21 business days for delivery. In some cases it can take longer if parcel is delayed in customs at destination country, this is not in our control. International orders will not ship until all of the items in order are in stock.  Please note that transit times are measured at the point of shipping.
  • U.S. & INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS - If any package is returned to us marked undeliverable or insufficient address, we are happy to send it out again, however, correct address and postage will need to be remitted to us prior to our sending. 
  • DELIVERED SHIPMENTS - After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS DUTIES AND OTHER FEES

International shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. Customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees applicable to such country. Any unclaimed package(s) are the responsibility of the customer.

In complying with export regulations, we are required by U.S. law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise." Declaring less than the true value is both a violation of American law and the laws of most other countries. As a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as "gift," even when the order is intended as a gift by its recipient. Your local customs office can assist you with questions about these charges. If your a Resurrection shipment is refused at time of attempted delivery, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package and the amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

International orders take approximately 5-21 days transportation to reach your country and can take additional days for the package to pass through customs. Your postal service will be delivering your package if sent through Unites States Postal Service.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES OVERVIEW

Resurrection accepts returns and exchanges within 21 days from initial receipt of merchandise. All returns and exchanges must be received and in possession of Resurrection within this 21 day period. Purchases made from 12/01 - 12/21 are eligible for up to, but not more than, a 30 day return window as long as return is received by 01/06.  Please see exclusions below. 

If returning an item(s), simply log-in to your account under the MY ACCOUNT tab at the top of our Homepage and follow the written instructions given on the packing slip included with your order. Merchandise must be returned to us within 14 days from initial receipt. Returns received after this time will be returned to customer.

Returns are not permitted on the following items:  

  • Merchandise purchased with some promo codes and automatic cart discounts
  • Sale merchandise
  • Vintage
  • Special Orders
  • Swimwear, bodysuits and undergarments
  • Active/Fitness wear
  • Hair accessories and hats
  • Earrings and some accessories as indicated.
  1. Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations, odors and damages with all tags attached including manufacture packaging, boxes, etc. Merchandise returned without original factory tags and packaging are subject to refusal or 20% restocking fee.
  2. If your item is damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can quickly resolve the issue. We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, including but not limited to, dry cleaning, washing or wear.
  3. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 21 days from the date we receive the item(s). If this is no longer possible, return will be issued in the form of a store credit only. Once your return is fully processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note: Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution. 
  4. E-Cards are non-refundable and eligible for store credit or exchange only with exclusions as mentioned above.
  5. Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for neither U.S. or International shipments on all orders, including orders that received free shipping. Fees will be deducted from your refund amount. 

U.S. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  1. We are happy to provide you with a no hassle USPS return postage label. Resurrection will deduct $10 from refunds and store credits when return label is provided. Shipping charges are deducted from all refunds.
  2. If you return part of your order for refund and initial order was shipped free of charge, however, now falls below $99, original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount as well as return label, if one is provided. 

We are happy to make an exchange for you towards another item(s) or size in our store. We will only accept returns for exchange if they meet all of the above for an acceptable return. If you would like to exchange your item, please email us at info@shopresurrection.com to ensure that the replacement item is available. We will not remove the exchange item from our store inventory until return tracking number is provided. Please make note of item you would like to exchange and place in in your return package. Even exchange items will be shipped upon receipt of the return. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customer is responsible for all duties or taxes and postage to return an item. In the event an item is returned to us or refused at time of attempted delivery to customer, and we are charged a tax or duty, this amount will be deducted from your order total and you will be deducted from any store credit or refund. 

Send your package via insured delivery with tracking number. If your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for the lost merchandise.  Package your return carefully so it is not damaged in transit by carrier.

We currently do not provide exchanges for international orders. Please note, return shipping and the initial shipping and handling charges are not refundable for international shipments.
